i am very unhappy with this hotel accomodation

dusty room , later shifted to another room . that was an average . very bad experience

Had problems with the reservation, they could not locate the reservation and wanted double the price, hit water was not available and the bathroom was not clean. Wifi signals was poor.

It's always been my go-to hotel in Delhi: conveniently located, just the right amount of service and comfort - nothing fancy

The washroom doors don't lock properly

The Location was good.

The staff was not very courteous, Room Floor was very poor. Bathroom was very small and not very clean. A noise was coming in the night therefore it was very much disturbing.

For liking of this hotel is only Location. It is in Hush Khas, Even they did not change his google map location, Google map Location is not correct and they still not change it.

Very bad Cleanliness, Cockroach was living in all over the hotel.

Room was in very bad condition, Water from AC was leaking, hot water was not available, Room was not ready and we had wait a lot for check-in even after reaching hotel at 2: 30 PM, Very bad experience, photos available at booking.com and actual hotel is very different. Rooms are in very bad shape

The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful whenever and wherever needed. Meal options are excellent and don't put a big hole in your pocket.

Everything else. I booked a Superior Room but was still given a Deluxe Room on the first day of my stay. The clarity is not there what qualifies a Superior or Deluxe Room.Photos don't match the reality at all. The rooms are far from what is shown in the photos. Utter disappointment! Bedsheets and towels are dull. Even after the replacement, the new bedsheets were better but the towels were still dull. It is time for them to buy new ones. Cockroaches have encroached everywhere in the building and it is a matter of time you will see few wandering in your room in various sizes. This is really a serious issue and the hotel management must look into it.The room's interior is okay, so is the bathroom area. Lot of scope in making it look acceptable.

Absolute Nightmare. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

I had booked a room in Amaltas International Hotel from 19.08.2022-22.08.2022. Initially I was given a very small and congested room to which I objected and ensured I got a bigger room, actually it was surprising to see that the hotel staff was using the bigger room for their own stay and convenience. I had to checkout early due to a family emergency the hotel staff and owner (Nimit Sehgal) told me that they will refund the amount for 1 night. They even recorded that in the final invoice which they shared with me. It's been 20 days from then I have not received a single penny. I have been messaging and calling Nimit Sehgal and he is conveniently ignoring my texts and calls. Absolute nightmare of a stay, won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Food was good

No proper ventilarion. Ac leakage water in room, bathroom fixtures broken, no hot water provision

The staff and the location.

The AC was not working properly. The door lock was not working properly. The bathroom was bit smelly.

stay was good, services provided are also good and on time.rooms were cleaned and fully working.staff behavior was nice and humble.

The staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was ok. We ordered 4 meals and tea from the a la carte menu and the food was delicious! The location is great, as well as the size of the room. The bathroom looked a bit warn out. We also got the facility for a late checkout for a reasonable amount. Overall it was a good stay.

The bathroom could have been maintained better but it wasn’t smelly or anything.

i ask them to give double bed but they gave single beds also 3 hrs extension they are asking 1000+ even i talk them before they said 800 later they agreed buts 1st they asked room was ok not worth for money

The room service was really good. And the food was also nice. We were also arranged a three Wheeler at the check out time. The room was spacious too.

The room was not prepared until we arrived at the property. The front desk service was not really good at the time of arrival. The bathroom shower also had some issues.

I loved everything about this Hotel. The staff was super nice. It was very clean and well managed. Food is also very tasty. Housekeeping service is excellent.I fully satisfied. My experience is awesome. …
